HIV/AIDS Asia Regional Program
Welcome to the online home for the HIV/AIDS Asia Regional Program (HAARP), an Australian Government Aid Program funded initiative.
The goal of HAARP is to reduce the spread of HIV associated with drug use among men and women in the South East Asia region. The program commenced in 2007 and will run until 2015.
HAARP country level programs are implemented in Burma (Myanmar), Cambodia, China (Yunnan and Guangxi Provinces), Laos and Vietnam with a research program in the Philippines. Regional coordination and assistance is provided by the Technical Support Unit (TSU) in Bangkok, Thailand. |
