Management & Coordination

As HAARP encompasses activities at various country and regional levels, there are several layers of management.

The Technical Support Unit is managed by a contracting consortium (HLSP in association with The Nossal Institute for Global Health  and IDSS), and they work in close conjunction with the AusAID Bangkok Post, as well as each of the AusAID Posts where there is a HAARP Country Program (CP).

Management of the Country Programs varies from country to country, for example in Burma (Myanmar) the program is managed by UNODC, and in Vietnam, the relevant government ministries manage the program directly. CP managers work in close coordination with the relevant AusAID Country Posts, and the Technical Support Unit.
