The main role of the Advisory Board is to provide strategic oversight of the program.
The main mechanism for this is a six-monthly Advisory Board Meeting (the HAARP six-monthly rolling plans are approved at these meetings). The Advisory Board consists of ten members representing different constituencies of the program
Additional meetings may also be requested by the HAARP TSU or AusAID Bangkok in order to deal with particular circumstances that arise from time to time. |
